Attorneys Clark DeVere and Zach Campbell negotiate $300,000 Settlement

Recently, Clark DeVere and Zach Campbell resolved a lawsuit against a trucking company for injuries their client suffered in a crash with a tractor-trailer. The lawsuit alleged the client was severely injured after the tractor-trailer struck and forced the client’s vehicle off of the highway. The lawsuit was filed in Federal Court against several defendants. No settlement offers were made prior to the filing of the lawsuit. After a year of litigation, a mediation was held and a settlement was reached in the amount of $300,000.

“We recommended that our client take an aggressive approach in pursuing the case. Although thankful to be alive after a very serious crash involving a tractor-trailer, the client still had to undergo years of medical treatment. We believed filing the lawsuit would prevent further delay in our client being compensated for the injuries. Our goal is to always fight for our clients and ultimately after this fight, we were pleased with the outcome,” Attorney Campbell said after the settlement.
