Michael D. Bragg of Franklin County has been charged for secretly videotaping hundreds of patients, including nearly two dozen minors, while working as a member of the staff at UPMC Carlisle Hospital. He has also been charged for producing and possessing child pornography in April 2019.
Attorney General Josh Shapiro said Bragg made video recordings of 206 patients without their consent.
Patients of UPMC Carlisle Hospital’s emergency room between January 2016 and April 19, 2019, including minor children, may have been victims of this alleged crime.
